Who we are

Evolve Your Performance LLC ("Evolve," "we," "us") operates this site and provides organizational diagnostic and advisory services. Strategic Storytelling Studio is an Evolve offering, sold through a separate storefront at studio.evolveyourperformance.com.

Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content at scale without permission
• Use the site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
• Interfere with the site's normal operation

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, at our discretion, for anyone who violates these terms.

The Organizational Signal Assessment

The Organizational Signal Assessment is a free, self-guided tool that gives you general, directional feedback based on the answers you provide. It is not a formal organizational diagnostic, does not involve interviews or document review, and is not a substitute for one.

Taking the assessment doesn't create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Results are general in nature and shouldn't be treated as a specific recommendation for your organization without further conversation.

Consulting engagements

Paid diagnostic, advisory, or consulting work — including the 30-Day Executive Alignment Sprint and any retainer or project work — is governed by its own signed proposal or statement of work, not by these Terms of Service. If anything in a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Strategic Storytelling Studio

Strategic Storytelling Studio packages are purchased and paid for through Whop, a third-party checkout platform, at studio.evolveyourperformance.com. Whop's own terms govern the payment transaction itself. Work begins once intake is complete and payment is received, per the package details shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, frameworks, graphics, and the Evolve name and marks — belongs to Evolve Your Performance LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Ownership of deliverables from a paid engagement is addressed in that engagement's signed agreement, not by this page.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services we don't control, including Whop (payments), LinkedIn, and YouTube. We aren't responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use them at your own discretion, subject to their own terms.

No professional advice

Content on this site — including the Buyer's Guide and the Signal Assessment — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice specific to your situation, and it does not replace a scoped engagement with Evolve or another qualified advisor.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free Organizational Signal Assessment. Total liability arising from this website is capped at $20.

This cap applies only to use of the website and the free assessment tool. It does not apply to, and does not limit, any liability terms in a signed client engagement agreement, which are governed by that agreement instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
