Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount collected automatically.

Information you give us

• Your answers to the Organizational Signal Assessment — tied to a unique session ID, not to your name or email, unless you choose to provide them (see below)
• Name, email, company, and message content when you submit a contact form or the Start a Conversation page
• Anything you tell us directly by email or in a scheduled call
• If you purchase Strategic Storytelling Studio, your name and email are shared with us by our payment processor, Whop, after checkout — we do not receive or store your card details, which Whop handles directly

The Organizational Signal Assessment, specifically

Taking the assessment does not require your name or email. Your answers and results are recorded against a unique, randomly generated session ID, not your identity. That session ID is what you'd reference if you ever contact us about your results.

Your name and email become attached to that session only if you choose to provide them — for example, to have your results emailed to you, or by later contacting us and mentioning your session ID to discuss what you found. Until then, we have no way to connect your responses to you personally.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site may collect standard technical information when you visit — for example, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page — typically through cookies or similar technologies. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or deliver your assessment results
• To follow up about a potential engagement, if you've expressed interest
• To send occasional emails about Evolve's work, insights, or offers, which you can opt out of at any time
• To deliver a Strategic Storytelling Studio package you've purchased
• To maintain and improve this site
• To meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

How we share it

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run this business, and only for that purpose:

• GoHighLevel — our CRM and email platform. It stores your contact details and assessment responses and sends the emails described above.
• Whop — our payment processor for Strategic Storytelling Studio purchases. Whop handles your payment details directly; we never see your full card number.
• Google Workspace — used for email and file storage in the ordinary course of running the business.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner).

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are most read. This helps us make the site more useful. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the site function.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy — generally, for the life of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period after, or as required by law, tax, or accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see "Your choices and rights" below.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of the email
• Email us to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion
• If a specific privacy law applies to you — for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation — we will honor the rights it grants you upon a verified request

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

International visitors

Evolve Your Performance is based in the United States, and our primary market is North America. If you visit or provide information to us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established platforms (GoHighLevel, Whop, Google Workspace) for the systems that store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
