Something people might not know about me:
My undergraduate degree was in Recreation Management with a concentration in Adventure Sports
My life philosophy:
Change is good. Figure out where you want to go/ who you want to be and take massive action to move the needle forward.
One word my colleagues would use to describe me:
Inspiring
What “people-centric” means to me:
People are the fabric of every organization – the definition of an organization is a group of people gathered for a common purpose. People-centric means taking care of the hearts and minds of the people and factoring their needs into the decision-making at the organization. Doing so can improve performance and resolve many common organizational problems.
My favorite hobby:
I love to travel, gain new experiences, and learn about other cultures – I try to take at least one international trip a year.
