With a doctorate in Transformational Leadership, Hanaa brings over a decade of cross-industry experience leading change management and human capital projects and developing award-winning training programs. Something people might not know about me:
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia but spent part of my childhood living in Northeast Africa.

What “people-centric” means to me:
People-centric means always thinking with a “people first” mindset. It means considering the true needs of those involved, their strengths, concerns, and more and then using that understanding to drive the overall approach. People are, and always will be, an organization’s greatest asset and strength.

My favorite hobby:

I love to explore and spend as much time outdoors as possible whether it is traveling to a new place or simply going on an adventure locally.
