About Our Team: Dot Olonovich
I specialize in helping organizations through their growth challenges so that they can put their strategies to work. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, locally, nationally, and internationally. I now use these same skills as COO of Evolve. If you’ve got a change management challenge on your hands and you need a different perspective, let’s connect.
Something people might not know about me:
I have an obsession with old companies that started when I was an MBA research assistant in a longevity study. We studied over 1,000 companies that had been in existence for more than 100 years. We wanted to find out why some companies last and others don’t. I still smile when I see logos from “my companies”.
My life philosophy:
This is a big world that’s filled with opportunities. If you keep your eyes open, some of them will be for you.
One word my colleagues would use to describe me:
Tenacious
What “people-centric” means to me:
People-centric makes me think of all of the stakeholders – both internal and external. The stakeholders are all people who have a personal stake and interest in the decisions that are made. People-centric requires balancing the interests of all of the stakeholders to create win-win solutions that drive financial performance.
My favorite hobby:
I love to hike. No matter where I am in the world, I’m always looking for a mountain to climb.
