Executive 360s
Qualitative, interview-based Executive 360 work designed to surface patterns and development insight rather than produce a generic feedback summary.
Pricing: $1,000 per interview, with a 10-interview minimum and additional interviews in increments of five.Strategic advisory and implementation support
Strategic advisory and implementation support typically follows an Evolve diagnostic. The diagnostic surfaces the pattern. The advisory work is where leadership acts on what it found. The work may include leadership alignment, decision-right clarification, operating model support, change support, implementation, or ongoing executive sensemaking.
Support can be structured in two ways:
Project-based: A defined body of work with an agreed objective, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Retainer-based advisory: Regular access to Mary for ongoing strategic thought partnership, decision support, and guidance as issues emerge. Evolve takes on retainer-based advisory only after a completed diagnostic, so the retainer builds on evidence Mary already has rather than starting from a standing relationship with no shared foundation. The retainer also establishes a clear cadence, term, and access boundaries rather than implying unlimited or on-call availability.
Mary may also assemble a team of vetted boutique firms and senior independents when the work requires additional capacity or expertise.

Mary is available by invitation or custom proposal for executive sessions, professional conferences, organizational workshops, and leadership education connected to organizational performance, change, qualitative diagnosis, and strategic sensemaking.
