Every Friday for a whole year, I’ll send you an email containing training and reflection exercises aimed at helping you become a more effective leader for your team. You’ll then receive personalized feedback and suggestions on your answers to help you immediately apply your learnings and unlock the potential of your team.

Every Friday for a year, you’ll receive an email containing leadership training and easily actionable self-reflection exercises to help you become an effective leader.
After completing the self-reflection exercises, you’ll send your answers over to your dedicated coach, after which they’ll send their tailored-to-you feedback to you by the same Sunday.
This course is my way of condensing my 20 years of leadership experience and 10 years of postgraduate study into digestible, actionable chunks that you can use to tap into your team’s potential and excel as a team leader.

Every Friday, you'll receive an email from me containing a 15-minute training designed to help you grow across a range of leadership capabilities.
You’ll then complete the 15-minute reflection or self-assessment exercise based on what you learned and send your answers back over to your course coach.
That same Sunday, you’ll receive an email from your coach, providing tailored feedback and actionable suggestions on your work that you can put into practice with your team the following Monday.
