Designing and implementing transformation change is how EVOLVE got started. Using the EVOLVE framework, we work with the organization to develop change that sticks, reduce resistance, increase resilience, and measure the change. EVOLVE can work with an organization as a change implementation coach, developing an internal change team to increase organizational capacity, or we can work as a more typical consultant, providing an external change team, or we can do a combination of both.

custom workshops
Evolve offers workshops on key topics in strategy, change, and teaming
Because of EVOLVE’s collaborative and people-centric approach, workshops are often a part of any engagement with our clients. However, there are some workshops that can be customized and will work as a stand alone engagement.
The process for most of these workshops begins with an interview with the client to determine goals, desired outcomes, and participant description. Most workshops will include qualitative interviews of key stakeholders in advance of the workshop, where a summary of interview findings will be shared.
Outputs will always include the slides, recordings (if applicable), and any workshop notes, along with reports, action plans, and/or recommendations based on the workshop topic and goals.
Everything will be customized and agreed upon to maximize value and ensure the workshop goals are met.
