Marisa Keegan
Executive coach with a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology
Marisa works with strong female leaders who are trying to navigate both the pressures of climbing the corporate ladder and the chaos of family life.
She has an extensive career working within Fortune 500 and high growth technology companies such as Rackspace, Bonfire, and Webmail.us, where she played a key role in designing, implementing and achieving strategic plans.
Along the way, she’s been named one of the Top 100 Employee Engagement Experts in the US, been commissioned to write the book Culture: More than Jeans and Margarita Machines, designed a Customer Experience Model to transform the way companies build products, and services and she hosts the Leadership podcast, Utter Brilliance.
Marisa will engage with you by asking great questions. She feels that there is nothing more energizing than watching a perfectly timed question open the door to a great story or an unexpected answer/solution. By being curious, asking thoughtful questions, and giving people the space to truly answer, Marisa will discover many things about you and your story, and how to get you to the next level.
Marisa believes that “women are navigating more today than ever before; That we were raised to believe that we could climb the corporate ladder, navigate the demands of our families, start businesses, and do anything that men can do…yet so many female leaders that I talk to are exhausted and on the verge of burnout. I’m looking forward to helping other women a) navigate the challenges they’re facing b) explore new tools and techniques that help them achieve their goals c) talk about their needs and put their needs first d) connect on a deep level with a support system that will go far beyond this retreat/experience.”
