Ilana Zivkovich

An experienced executive leader and Certified Executive Coach, Ilana is passionate about creating alignment experiences for top-level professional teams that combine strategic, systemic, and relational interventions to produce tangible results. Prior to founding WERQ, Ilana held a variety of executive leadership positions in the behavioral health field. Ilana holds a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, and loves raising her young family in the vibrant and growing city.
